What they're looking for
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field
- Fundamental understanding of biology, biochemistry, and molecular biology principles
- Knowledge of basic laboratory techniques including solution preparation, pipetting, and documentation
- Understanding of serial dilutions and molarity conversions
- Prior laboratory research experience through coursework, academic research, or internships
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to reproducible data generation
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years of age
What you'll be doing
- Execute cell-based and biochemical assays supporting research programs and screening campaigns
- Prepare reagents, assay plates, and biological samples for high-throughput screening experiments
- Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data using appropriate data analysis tools
- Contribute to assay optimization and automation workflow improvements
- Complete an independent project addressing a scientific or operational challenge with final presentation
Compensation$23.00-$29.00 per hour
