Role summary
Biogen seeks an Associate Director CMC Asset Lead to oversee end-to-end chemistry, manufacturing, and controls strategy for clinical immunology programs. - Matrix leadership experience across full product lifecycle from research through IND to NDA/BLA
- Technical expertise in bio/pharmaceutical development disciplines and healthcare/biotech industry knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strategic planning, negotiation, and risk mitigation skills with strong communication abilities
What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain 5-year PO&T Asset Strategy and 18-month rolling Tactical Plan for clinical programs
- Lead cross-functional PO&T Asset Teams across process development, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory functions
- Serve as PO&T representative on R&D Program teams and manage alignment between research and operations
- Monitor asset-related budget impacts, resource allocation, and cost-to-commercialization metrics
- Identify critical program risks and develop mitigation strategies in consultation with governance committees
