What you'll be doing
- Conduct department, internal, country, and investigator file reviews; document findings in appropriate systems
- Manage administrative tasks including document processing, eTMF reviews, and mass communications
- Provide system support for Activate and eTMF platforms; maintain current system databases
- Collaborate with sites to obtain documents for site selection and support regulatory submissions
- Communicate project risks proactively to leads and work with team members on assigned trials
