What you'll be doing
- Provide technical device support and programming during surgical procedures and follow-up appointments
- Educate patients, physicians, and hospital staff on product features, benefits, and proper use
- Troubleshoot device-related issues and respond to clinical inquiries from customers and patients
- Manage inventory, conduct cycle counts, and coordinate product orders and replacements
- Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and office staff throughout territory
