What you'll be doing

Conduct clinical trials per FDA/GCP/ICH guidelines; ensure participant safety and protocol compliance
Perform study activities including informed consent, screening, vital signs, blood draws, ECGs, and data recording
Schedule subject visits, manage enrollment, and promote participant retention
Monitor participant safety and report adverse events and non-compliance to relevant staff
Coordinate with monitors and stakeholders; mentor junior team members and assist with hiring/training
