Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a field-based Clinical Representative to support the Monarch Urology robotic platform in Birmingham, Alabama and Atlanta, Georgia. - Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years relevant experience, or associate degree/medical certification plus 5+ years
- Clinical, medical device technical, sales, procedural support, or operating room experience
- Experience in urology, endourology, surgical robotics, or similar technical procedural specialty preferred
- Ability to communicate technical and clinical concepts to physicians and clinical staff
- Strong customer service, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments with live cases
- Hospital credentialing and willingness to travel extensively including overnight
What you'll be doing
- Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians and clinical staff during Monarch Urology procedures
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clinical support, training, and responsive service
- Support account development activities that increase system utilization and clinical adoption
- Lead product demonstrations, training events, and customer education initiatives
- Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams for issue escalation and technical concerns
