Role summary
Labcorp seeks a Clinical Laboratory Technologist Trainee for its Raritan, New Jersey facility to perform routine and complex chemical testing procedures, operate laboratory instrumentation, and ensure specimen quality and accuracy in a chemistry department.

- Physical capability to meet job demands; ASCP or AMT certification preferred
What you'll be doing
- Assess specimen acceptability and prepare samples according to established protocols
- Perform routine and complex technical procedures following departmental standard operating procedures
- Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation for proper functionality
- Prepare, test, and evaluate reagents and controls; perform quality control and preventative maintenance
- Report accurate test results timely and maintain safe work environment with appropriate personal protective equipment
Compensation$25.19 - $39.09 per hour + shift differential
