Role summary

- Experience in high-complexity CLIA/CAP laboratory environment

What you'll be doing
- Authorize and sign out molecular oncology laboratory test results
- Oversee quality control and assurance for existing and new tests, including proficiency testing
- Design, optimize, and troubleshoot molecular assays with R&D collaboration
- Ensure laboratory compliance with SOPs and applicable regulations
- Analyze and present data for publication; review scientific literature and attend meetings
Compensation$180,000 - $220,000 base
