What you'll be doing

Manage daily laboratory operations including workflow, staffing schedules, and resource allocation for service delivery
Ensure full compliance with CLIA, CDPH, CAP, and NYSDOH regulations; maintain licenses and prepare for inspections
Develop and implement quality management systems, SOPs, and oversee quality control and proficiency testing programs
Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate laboratory staff; conduct competency assessments and enforce safety protocols
Support business development by presenting clinical-trial service capabilities to prospective customers
