Role summary
AstraZeneca seeks a Pharmacy Relations Manager for its Ontario and Quebec oncology business. The role involves developing hospital pharmacy strategies, building relationships with pharmacy leaders, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to optimize treatment delivery and improve patient outcomes in lung, GI, and gyn/GU cancers.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, nursing, or related healthcare discipline
- 3-5 years healthcare system, hospital, or pharmaceutical industry experience in oncology
- Deep knowledge of Canadian oncology environment, Ontario and Quebec markets
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
- Valid driver's license with ability to provide driver abstract
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute provincial hospital pharmacy strategies aligned with national marketing strategy
- Build relationships with hospital, provincial pharmacy leadership, and center-level pharmacists
- Identify emerging oncology pharmacy trends, operational challenges, and policy changes
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to create solutions improving infusion capacity and pharmacy workflows
- Gather market insights and deliver integrated pharmacy strategic and tactical plans
Compensation$115,084–$151,047.75 base annually
