Role summary
AstraZeneca seeks an Engagement Analyst to process and coordinate compliant contracts for healthcare provider and patient advisory engagements. What you'll be doing
- Review incoming requests, triage to appropriate reviewers, and maintain queue management and aging targets
- Guide stakeholders through approvals, apply policy standards consistently, and obtain executed contracts before program start
- Perform due diligence screening, collect and store documentation, and capture transparency data per SOPs
- Partner with Payments team to resolve exceptions and coordinate payment initiation
- Identify compliance risks, document decision rationale, and escalate issues; contribute to process improvements
