Role summary
Amgen seeks a Manager for Work Order Administration and CMMS Process Owner at a new biomanufacturing facility in Holly Springs, North Carolina. What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years maintenance and CMMS experience, or equivalent education/experience combination
- Previous managerial experience directly managing people or leading teams and projects
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience with computerized maintenance management systems
- Electro-mechanical equipment maintenance knowledge and regulated industry familiarity preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data query software such as Brio
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and investigational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal direction
What you'll be doing
- Lead and coach planning, scheduling, and CMMS data coordinator teams to establish asset maintenance programs and strategies
- Manage central inventory and spare parts program in coordination with internal service providers
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and asset management
- Ensure work order planning complies with cGMP requirements and support on-time completion of preventive maintenance
- Oversee work order safety programs and maximize staff productivity and resource utilization
