Manage laboratory budget, approve major expenses, and analyze monthly operational and financial indicators
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality control programs and documentation
Establish client relationships, participate in sales proposals, and coordinate business activities across locations
Conduct performance reviews and handle employee relations following company policies and HR guidance
