Lead site engagement, culture, and recognition initiatives aligned with organizational priorities
Own new hire orientation and onboarding experience coordination across multiple departments
Develop workforce onboarding tracking processes and dashboards providing leadership visibility to hiring progress
Create executive-ready communications and present recommendations to site and senior leadership
