What you'll be doing

Create, track, and process purchase orders; coordinate receiving and fulfillment activities
Maintain and update CRM systems, databases, and operational records with accuracy
Coordinate domestic and international shipping logistics, documentation, and delivery tracking
Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and vendors on daily operational activities
Generate reports, support process improvements, and assist with company events and tradeshows
