What you'll be doing
- Execute continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and kaizen methodologies
- Develop and maintain value stream maps and process documentation for assigned operational areas
- Support cost reduction and inventory optimization initiatives while improving workflow alignment
- Create and manage visual management tools including dashboards, scorecards, and standard work documentation
- Conduct time studies and collaborate with operations teams on process enhancement initiatives
