Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Business Director to lead the Western region's Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension sales team. What you'll be doing
- Lead, develop, coach, and retain a diverse team of Sales Specialists across JJIM products
- Engage key opinion leaders and healthcare providers to communicate company offerings and support patient care
- Develop and execute aligned business plans customized to brand strategies and market needs
- Assess competitive landscape and inform strategic KOL engagement plans and platforms
- Collaborate with marketing and other functions to ensure alignment in strategy, communication, and messaging
