Role summary

- Lead strategic discussions with senior management, R&D, and commercial teams to develop licensing and M&A priorities
- Source opportunities through networking, scientific conferences, pipeline monitoring, and industry leader engagement
- Guide cross-functional evaluations with R&D, commercial, manufacturing, legal, and IP teams
- Partner with transaction leads to execute deals including venture investments, licensing, collaborations, and acquisitions
