Establish programming strategy, timelines, and quality standards for study deliverables
Manage programmer work assignments and provide technical leadership to programming team
Create and maintain SDTM and ADaM specifications and programming documentation
Represent Global Statistical Programming at clinical study team meetings and cross-functional initiatives
