- Histotechnologist (HT) certification highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
What you'll be doing
- Manage biospecimen inventory including FFPE blocks, slides, and plasma in BSL2 environment
- Perform histology procedures such as microtomy and histochemistry
- Use inventory management software to track sample traceability and processing
- Coordinate with internal and external customers on sample procurement requests
- Prepare regular reports on sample procurement activities and laboratory procedures
