Role summary

Repligen seeks an OEM Fluid Management Bioprocess Sales Specialist to identify and develop strategic partnerships with original equipment manufacturers in the biopharmaceutical sector. The role combines commercial expertise with technical knowledge of bioprocessing technologies, single-use systems, and downstream/upstream processing.

Ability to translate complex technical requirements into commercial solutions
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel 30-50% including international

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute strategic sales plan for OEM fluid management business segment
Identify, qualify, and prioritize OEM opportunities for Repligen product integration
Build relationships with OEM decision-makers across engineering, R&D, procurement, and leadership
Create and maintain OEM opportunity pipeline from concept through commercialization and supply
Establish long-term strategic partnerships and develop account plans with key OEM accounts
