Role summary
Stryker seeks an Associate Territory Manager for Joint Replacement in Christchurch to support hip and knee replacement procedures across the South Island. - Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Biomedical Science, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Engineering, Exercise Science, or Business
- Valid New Zealand driver's licence or ability to obtain one
- Ability to travel regularly throughout Christchurch and South Island
- Comfortable working in operating theatre environments
- 1+ years healthcare, medical device, clinical support, or customer-facing experience (preferred)
- Technical or inventory coordination experience (preferred)
What you'll be doing
- Provide clinical and technical support to surgeons during hip and knee replacement procedures
- Learn and support MAKO robotic-assisted surgery platform in theatre settings
- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff
- Prepare surgical cases, instruments, and manage implant logistics
- Assist Territory Managers with account management and sales execution activities
