What you'll be doing

Lead formulation development of new chemical entities from first-in-human through market formulation definition
Design and execute experimental plans; evaluate new technologies and build capabilities for pipeline deployment
Coordinate development activities with process chemistry, preformulation, analytical, and characterization groups
Facilitate clinical supply manufacturing and scale-up activities at pilot and commercial sites
Generate technical reports, presentations, and intellectual property outputs; mentor team members and advance technical knowledge
