Excellent communication skills for conveying complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and proven project leadership experience

What you'll be doing

Partner with scientists across the organization to understand research challenges and develop AI-powered solutions
Design, prototype, and deploy generative AI and machine learning models for transcriptomics, proteomics, and cell imaging data analysis
Build agentic AI workflows integrating multiple bioinformatic and machine learning analysis steps at scale
Calculate ROI and business impact of AI projects; communicate results, uncertainties, and limitations to stakeholders
Collaborate across global teams and internal governance functions to ensure secure, production-ready AI infrastructure
