Role summary

- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
- Preferred: Biotechnology operations knowledge (purification, cell culture, aseptic processing)
- Preferred: Technical writing capability and basic troubleshooting skills
What you'll be doing
- Perform batching and transfer of buffers and media following Standard Operating Procedures
- Monitor critical processes and complete routine validation protocols in manufacturing operations
- Draft, revise, and maintain Manufacturing Procedures, SOPs, and technical documentation
- Identify, recommend, and implement operational improvements and conduct basic equipment troubleshooting
- May initiate and manage area deviations, SOP revisions, and LEAN process improvements
