What you'll be doing
- Architect and maintain scalable AWS/Kubernetes ecosystem for model training, batch inference, and real-time serving
- Design and operate production ML pipelines processing population-scale clinical and claims data with standard terminologies (SNOMED CT, ICD-10/11, LOINC, RxNorm, OMOP CDM)
- Develop RESTful APIs exposing model inference to downstream teams and applications
- Operationalize Applied AI team models including deployment, versioning, rollback, and A/B testing
- Build MLOps infrastructure and champion engineering best practices across the platform
