Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Lead annual operating expense budget preparation and provide periodic forecast updates
- Create monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis reports with key driver commentary
- Serve as finance business partner for North America Commercial and Medical Affairs organization
- Support monthly closing process including journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting
- Maintain reporting tools and dashboards while managing ad-hoc financial analysis requests
