Experience in life sciences, healthcare, technology, or regulated industries preferred
Transactional work experience including contract drafting and negotiation preferred
Familiarity with digital transformation and generative AI in healthcare preferred

What you'll be doing

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including vendor contracts and NDAs aligned with local law and internal policies
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, internal procedures, regulatory obligations, and industry codes
Draft and review employment contracts, offer letters, and employee policies; advise on labor code requirements
Provide proactive legal support to cross-functional teams on procurement, real estate, technology, and clinical matters
Support corporate governance activities including shareholder resolutions, board records, and reporting obligations
