Biogen seeks an Associate Director to design and execute U.S. distribution strategies for nephrology products across complex channels. - Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. healthcare reimbursement landscape, Medicare, and nephrology policy
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in matrixed environments
- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
What you'll be doing
- Lead design and execution of distribution strategies for nephrology product launches across diverse care settings
- Serve as subject matter expert on pharmaceutical supply chain laws, channel models, and partner capabilities
- Develop strategic recommendations incorporating channel economics, reimbursement, policy, and patient access data
- Partner with Brand, Trade, Market Access, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure compliant, executable strategies
- Identify opportunities to evolve existing distribution programs in response to competitive and regulatory changes
