Role summary

Merck seeks an Associate Director to lead learning and talent development strategy across biopharmaceutical manufacturing and vaccine operations. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills with cross-functional teams

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute learning strategy for new facilities, asset expansions, technology transfers, and enterprise system rollouts
Design experiential, role-based training programs aligned with operational workflows and learner needs
Lead LMS administration including data integrity, curricula governance, and training assignment protocols
Mentor and develop high-performing L&D team members in modern learning practices and analytics
Partner with site leadership to identify performance gaps and translate business needs into learning solutions
