What you'll be doing

Provide legal guidance on regulatory requirements across EMEA and Latin America for medical devices and diagnostics
Interpret EU and UK medical device and IVD frameworks; assess regulatory risk across jurisdictions
Partner with Regulatory Affairs and Quality on product development, submissions, and market access strategies
Review product labeling, marketing materials, and communications for regulatory compliance
Support inspection readiness, post-market vigilance, recalls, and regulatory authority interactions
