Role summary

Regeneron seeks an Associate Director in Quantitative Pharmacology to lead model-informed drug development strategies across therapeutic areas and modalities. PhD in Quantitative Pharmacology, Pharmacometrics, Engineering, or related field with 7+ years post-doctoral or industry experience; or MS with 9+ years relevant experience
Expertise in population PK/PD, exposure-response, or mechanistic modeling using NONMEM, Monolix, Simulx, MATLAB/Simbiology, and R
Track record delivering analyses supporting regulatory submissions with direct FDA, EMA, or PMDA engagement
Hands-on experience with broad quantitative and computational tools and strong publication record
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and partner across technical and non-technical teams

What you'll be doing

Identify and deliver significant pharmacometrics contributions addressing strategically important program needs and regulatory hurdles
Design, conduct, or oversee development of pharmacometrics analysis plans and quantitative PK, PD, and related analyses
Communicate complex pharmacometrics strategies and results influentially to cross-functional development teams
Prepare and deliver accurate, well-articulated nonclinical or clinical study reports and regulatory submission documents
