Role summary

Regeneron seeks an Associate Director in Quantitative Pharmacology to lead model-informed drug development strategies across therapeutic areas including antibodies, siRNA, and gene therapies. Expertise in population PK/PD, exposure-response, or mechanistic modeling using NONMEM, Monolix, Simulx, MATLAB/Simbiology, and R
Proven track record delivering analyses supporting regulatory submissions with direct agency engagement (FDA, EMA, PMDA)
Strong publication record and hands-on experience with broad quantitative and computational tools
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams effectively

What you'll be doing

Lead model-informed drug development and pharmacometrics strategies in partnership with clinical, biostatistics, and translational teams
Oversee population PK/PD, exposure-response, and translational modeling analyses for assigned assets with accountability for timely delivery
Represent Quantitative Pharmacology at program meetings, communicating quantitative insights to non-technical audiences
Contribute to regulatory interactions and author Quantitative Pharmacology components of regulatory documents
Mentor junior scientists, identify process improvements, and implement innovative quantitative tools to enhance efficiency
