- Own quality and timeliness of Program Budget outputs across Clinical Development Units and portfolio level
- Forecast resource capacity and costs, building end-to-end development plans from IND through lifecycle management
- Enable portfolio-level program comparison and support investment prioritization through consistent outputs
- Facilitate strategic planning process and guide Strategic Program Teams through deliverable development
