Develop and evolve enterprise learning and capability development strategy aligned with business priorities and organizational transformation
Translate capability requirements into scalable learning journeys, development experiences, and enablement solutions
Lead integrated portfolio of learning solutions prioritizing investments based on business value and expected impact
Architect modern learning ecosystem integrating instructor-led development, digital learning, coaching, and AI-enabled tools
Lead and develop team responsible for designing, developing, and sourcing high-quality learning solutions
