Role summary
Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Associate Director to lead gross-to-net financial analysis and close processes for U.S. commercial sales across multiple therapeutic areas. This role manages monthly/quarterly accounting, variance analysis, and forward-looking projections while partnering on finance system innovations.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; CPA or Master's preferred
- Minimum seven years of professional finance, accounting, or information systems experience
- Solid accounting knowledge with general understanding of pharma industry and U.S. healthcare
- Strong analytical skills with ability to influence across matrix organization
- Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Hyperion, Anaplan, and advanced Excel
- Experience with SOX controls and external audit support preferred
What you'll be doing
- Manage monthly/quarterly gross-to-net close including accrual sheets, reconciliations, and control validation
- Lead variance analysis and communicate gross-to-net insights to finance leadership
- Prepare projections, presentations, and sales analysis with Market Access and Brand Finance teams
- Maintain internal control environment and support SOX compliance and external audits
- Support innovation initiatives in financial systems and process automation
