- Track record leading global transformation and developing leaders at portfolio scale
What you'll be doing
- Define analytical reporting strategy, target operating model, and multi-year technology roadmap
- Lead and develop managers and specialist teams; establish governance for reporting solutions lifecycle
- Sponsor integrated clinical data-review solutions including dashboards and cross-study analytics
- Represent analytical reporting on governance bodies and influence senior leaders on data and technology decisions
- Ensure quality framework compliance with regulatory, data-integrity, and audit-trail requirements
