What you'll be doing
- Lead review, negotiation, and finalization of contract templates and terms with clients
- Conduct contractual risk assessments and liaise with legal department during process improvements
- Negotiate contractual terms within approved parameters and escalation routes
- Communicate approved templates and expectations to assigned team members and provide training
- Act as regional escalation contact for clients on deviations from standard negotiation parameters
