What you'll be doing

Serve as business owner for CRM platform and Veeva/VeevaVault applications across field and internal teams
Lead development and tactical implementation of Veeva CRM policies, modules, and initiatives for field teams
Partner with cross-functional departments including Field Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, IT to maintain and optimize CRM system
Oversee user acceptance testing, data integrity, system security, licenses, and process improvements
Identify business process improvements and manage change requests, dashboards, reporting, and vendor relationships
