Role summary
IQVIA seeks an Associate Director of Legal to provide legal counsel across contract, employment, regulatory, and compliance matters. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
What you'll be doing
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Provide employment law advice and liaise with Human Resources on labor-related legal matters
- Advise on intellectual property, real estate, and privacy legal issues
- Assess litigation matters and coordinate defense or prosecution through outside counsel as needed
- Monitor contract processes and compliance with organizational guidelines throughout execution
