What you'll be doing
- Advise business leaders on legal strategy and risk mitigation while protecting company reputation
- Provide counsel on marketing claims, regulatory matters, safety, publications, and life cycle management
- Draft and negotiate market access agreements and business contracts with various stakeholders
- Oversee and manage assigned legal staff with financial and human resource accountability
- Participate in organizational projects, committees, and strategic planning initiatives
