Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Perform analytical testing including vitamin analysis via HPLC, protein analysis, mineral analysis by ICP-OES, and fatty acid profiling
- Conduct ingredient analysis through titrations, moisture testing, allergen screening, and quality control sampling
- Execute water testing, CIP residual testing, compressed gas analysis, and daily oil quality assessments
- Assist with compliance documentation, laboratory investigations, and non-conformance root cause analysis
- Train new hires on laboratory methods and provide guidance to junior chemists; serve as shift liaison for supervisor escalations
