Solid understanding of design, packaging principles, print production processes, and prepress requirements
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and creative problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
Experience with pharmaceutical labeling regulations and continuous improvement mindset

What you'll be doing

Design right-first-time artworks manually or automatically for Amgen products in various development stages
Review artworks, templates, supplier print proofs, and partner-created materials for compliance and quality standards
Perform root cause analysis on non-compliant artworks based on error criticality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and printer suppliers to incorporate feedback and ensure print readiness
Provide technical support to artwork team and external service providers while driving process improvement initiatives
