What you'll be doing

Own the corporate-functions AI product portfolio, prioritize initiatives, and make investment recommendations across HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Investor Relations
Lead, develop, and retain a team of 4-6 product managers, establishing priorities and fostering accountability
Lead cross-functional assessment and redesign of corporate workflows to define target-state AI-enabled solutions
Drive enterprise adoption through senior stakeholder engagement, communications, and change leadership
Establish portfolio metrics for usage, workflow impact, productivity improvement, and business-value realization
