  • Support parenteral formulation development for biotherapeutic modalities including monoclonal antibodies, ADCs, proteins, mRNA, and vaccines
  • Perform comprehensive molecular characterization using HPLC, capillary electrophoresis, and spectroscopy techniques to assess stability
  • Provide laboratory support including reagent ordering, equipment maintenance, and participation in lab inspections
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on formulation optimization and candidate molecule advancement
  • Prepare data presentations, compile results, and maintain documentation using Empower and electronic laboratory notebooks
