Lead AmpSeq programme delivery across customer intake, design, manufacturing, quality, and commercial readiness
Oversee governance, risk management, prioritisation, and KPI tracking across Middleton, Berlin, and other sites
Direct cross-functional change initiatives spanning NGS workflows, panel design, manufacturing scale-up, and customer onboarding
Partner with Operations, Commercial, Product Development, and senior leadership to align priorities and unblock delivery
Establish and manage KPIs for revenue, conversion, turnaround time, manufacturing readiness, and quality metrics
