- Manage 2–4 strategic partnerships end-to-end, ensuring contractual and business objectives are met
- Lead alliance governance including Joint Steering Committees and cross-functional working groups
- Align R&D, Legal, Finance, Clinical, Regulatory, and CMC stakeholders on alliance execution and issue resolution
- Identify and mitigate operational and relational risks within partnerships
- Drive accountability for alliance deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics
