Role summary
Vertex Pharmaceuticals seeks an Alliance Management Associate Director to lead strategic partnerships and governance across the GCC region. - Strong cross-functional influence and complex partnership management capabilities
- Middle East market knowledge and understanding of regional business practices
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic
What you'll be doing
- Lead alliance governance and partner management across full partnership lifecycle from identification through off-boarding
- Serve as primary contact between internal stakeholders and external partners for coordination and issue resolution
- Design and optimize operating models for new and existing markets across the GCC region
- Develop brand plans, define KPIs, monitor performance, and recommend improvements based on market insights
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, contractual, and relationship risks within partnerships
