Role summary

Benchling seeks an AI GTM Specialist to launch and own go-to-market strategy for a new Decision Support AI offering. This founding hire will drive outbound sales, deliver product demos, and build GTM playbooks while collaborating with the leadership team to scale AI adoption across the customer base.

Develop and iterate sales messaging, collateral, decks, and talk tracks based on market feedback
Serve as internal early adopter, testing and refining new AI GTM motions before broader rollout
