Role summary

The AI Enablement Specialist identifies and implements artificial intelligence solutions across Thermo Fisher Scientific's ANZ operations. What you'll be doing

Partner with business teams to identify AI opportunities that solve challenges, improve productivity, and unlock new capabilities
Design and implement AI-enabled solutions using approved platforms, low-code technologies, and workflow automation tools
Rapidly develop and validate proofs of concept and minimum viable solutions before scaling
Deliver demonstrations, workshops, and coaching to build AI literacy and support organizational adoption
Develop reusable AI assets, prompts, templates, and best practices while ensuring compliance with security and responsible AI standards
